All items are hand painted by me with Love! They’ve been fired in the kiln. Therefore they are fully washable. They can be used for daily or decorative purposes. In-stock items will be shipped the same day of payment or the day after.
Usually, you will receive the item within 3-5 working days.
Custom orders shipment will be stated before you pay.
All my items are wrapped very well to avoid damage.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and requests for return must be made within 3 days of item receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me. The return shipping must include a delivery confirmation. Once the item is received in its original condition the refund will be made to your PayPal account.
