Returns and Exchange Policy for Sellers

 

ALANGOO is a marketplace that showcases service providers, artists, and seller’s handmade or independently designed pieces.   ALANGOO is a marketplace where sellers oversee and make their own policies about Returns and Exchanges.  Guidelines may vary for each seller. For buyers to understand each seller’s policy they must study each individual seller’s policy separately.  Shipping policy and return policy of each seller is available in the seller’s profile and product page separately. 

Even though each seller has their own guidelines about returns and exchanges, generally all sellers accept returns and exchanges within five business days of the order placement.  Returns and Exchanges are not available for those items that are customized for the buyer.  Please note, buyers are responsible for their own shipping when returning an item unless the item received from seller is damaged.  In this case, the seller is responsible to pay for the shipping, so the item is returned.  Should you have any concerns regarding your order you can contact the seller via your ALANGOO account. Buyers can directly contact service providers through ALANGOO messaging system. This option is availabe in all users' dashbaords under messageing (inbox).
