Delivery & Tracking

ALANGOO is a marketplace that showcases service providers, artists, and seller’s handmade or independently designed pieces, fine art or services.  ALANGOO is a marketplace like ETSY where sellers oversee shipment and delivery.  Buyers place their order at checkout to pay securely with ALANGOO.com, and sellers ship the item directly to the buyer’s address.  However, there are sellers that are ALANGOO Priority. This means once a seller is ALANGOO Priority, ALANGOO.com will oversee their inventory and will ship the items on behalf of the sellrs to the buyer’s address.  You can distinguish the Priority sellers with a badge on the seller’s profile.  

All sellers that are ALANGOO Priority: will have their items dispatched from New York and California.  All shipments are dispatched 1-3 business days after the buyer places their order.  

All other sellers that are not ALANGOO Priority will dispatch items from the seller’s location. All the necessary information about the origin of shipment is mentioned in the seller’s profile on ALANGOO.com as well as the listing page. 

Once the order is finalized and place on ALANGOO.com, the buyer will receive a tracking number via email.  Also, the buyer has access to their tracking information once logged in to their ALANGOO account.  If shoppers have any quations about tracking or shipments, they can reachout to selles via their ALANGOO dashboards and send them a messag via ALANGOO messaging system (inbox). If the seller is ALANGOO Priority, shopper can also inquire about the shipment by emailing support@alangoo.com.

Almost all items purchased in USA will be sent out via USPS.  Sellers have a choice to use privately owned companies to ship their items like FEDEX and DHL. All items purchased from Europe and other countries will be sent out with DHL.  Canada Post is used for purchases from Canada.  Sellers can choose to work with local shipment companies which will be specified once the order is placed.  

International shipments may take between 5-15 business days.  However, this is not guaranteed.  Sellers can choose to use Express shipment. Buyers can send a message on the seller’s ALANGOO account to request for Express shipment.

Shipments from the USA to Canada may take 5-10 business days.  Shipments from the USA to Europe and other countries may take up to 7-15 business days.  This is just an estimation of arrival time, and it is not guaranteed.  However, buyers can request for an overnight shipment.  Please refer to ALANGOO’S listing pages for more information on each item.
