All Orders will be processed shortly after fabrication and will be shipped using Royal Mail
- For internal UK orders, we use tracked 24 service which takes 1-2 days and the shipping status can be tracked using the provided tracking number
- For all international orders, we use standard international service which would take 3 to 5 working days according to Royal Mail. (Royal Mail suggests in some cases and if there are any disruptions to the service it may take longer)
Returns
You have 14 days to tell us if you want to return unused item/s in the original packaging you purchased from Xoni, then you have another 14 days to send the product. (Buyer is responsible for return postage) after receiving the item we do a quick inspection to make sure it is unused and in its original packaging then we will refund the item price** to the original payment method within 14 days.
