NO REFUNDS, Exchanges only, we have a 7 day deadline exchange policy after Tracking has been marked delivered and can be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value.
****You have 7 days after item has been delivered to exchange products, after that we have the right to Refuse the item. (That means from the day you receive the item and the Items has been marked delivered, your 7 days for an Exchange starts then.)
****In Order to Receive an Exchange, either you MUST contact me or Alangoo before the item is sent back within 24-48 hours that you have received the item, if there is no initial contact, we have the right to refuse to accept the item back, meaning it will be shipped back to you as an Unauthorized Return and if you send it back we will not Pay to Re-Send it a second time. After Approval, Please Send the item back with Tracking and Insurance as we will NOT be responsible for lost in the mail items or items that we never receive back.
