You can return any item purchased on Kourosh Fashion within 7 days of the delivery date within UAE ONLY. Here’s how:

1. Send us an email to 9111027@kouroshfashion.com in order to get a Return Number
2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included.
3. Ship your parcel with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense making sure that the package reaches us within 15 from the delivery date to our DUBAI Address.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

No returns will be accepted for any item purchased from outside the UAE.

No exchange offer will be allowed for any item purchased on Kourosh Fashion from both within & outside the UAE.
