Orders are processed every Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding holidays. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day. Tracking number is generated for each purchase. If the tracking number indicates that the item is lost we will refund the purchase. If the tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered and for any reason the buyer has not receive it, the buyer need to contact the post office. After the tracking number indicates that the tshirts has been delivered to the address given we are no longer responsible for it's loss.
