Delivery & Returns

Items are shipped worldwide from United Kingdom & Italy depending to the customers location & stock availability
- Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, within 5-7 business days
- (The shipping cost is not inclusive of duties and taxes. In some cases, duties and taxes will be due upon receipt but we will do our best to ship the items from the same geographical zone as our customers.)
Return Policy
We at Bote A Mano, are here to serve you and your experience is our number one priority.
How to Return?
To return your Bote A Mano item, all you need to do is to follow these simple steps:
- Send an email to support@bote-a-mano.com stating the reason of return or exchange with the order number available on your order confirmation email.
- Re-package the item in the same way you have receive it and follow the instruction we will send you via email.
Returned items must comply with our return policy:
- If the product is not satisfactory, you have all the rights to return it within 30 days after receiving the item
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and must be completely unworn
- When trying on our footwear, please use carpeted clean surface to avoid marking the soles and make sure not to damage the shoe box. Please bear in mind that shoes with any sign of wear will not accepted for a refund.
- Returned items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and the cost will not refunded. In this case, customers will have the option of receiving the item back barring the cost of the shipment.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method within 7 working days.
*** Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and any duties or taxes paid upon delivery or return of the item will not be refunded.
