I have been wearing the copper bracelet for about 3 weeks. After about 2, I really did see a decrease in hand pain. I wasn't waking up multiple times during the night. I only wear the bracelet at night because it interferes with my Fit bit. The Fit bit stopped syncing. After research, I found that the magnets in the bracelet can cause this. Just wearing the bracelet part time doesn't seem to make a difference in the amount of pain. I would say just give it a try. It might help.
