You have 14 days to tell us if you want to return unused item/s in the original packaging you purchased from Xoni, then you have another 14 days to send the product. (Buyer is responsible for return postage) after receiving the item we do a quick inspection to make sure it is unused and in its original packaging then we will refund the item price** to the original payment method within 14 days.

Note:

• If lighters get filled with lighter fluid we cannot accept the returned item

Shipping 

All Orders will be processed shortly after fabrication and will be shipped using Royal Mail

• For internal UK orders, we use tracked 24 service which takes 1-2 days and the shipping status can be tracked using the provided tracking number
• For all international orders, we use standard international service which would take 3 to 5 working days. (Royal Mail suggests in some cases and if there are any disruptions to the service it may take longer)
