How to sell and get paid

Showcasing your artist and selling them on takes just a few minutes. We have worked very hard to make the whole process as easy as possible for our artist.

What you can sell on ALANGOO

Fully or partially handmade apparel, accessories and jewelry
Independently designed and made apparel, accessories, or jewelry
Handmade or independently designed home accessories
Home-made edible items that are inspired by your culture
Services that are related to art and the lifestyle of your culture

What you need to have

Nice images and description of your products and services*
A valid and active PayPal account to receive your payments**
A completed ALANGOO Seller Application (available on our website)

What you need to do

Submit the Seller Application and get an approval e-mail
List and price your items
Ship the item(s) to buyer
Get paid

How does the payment work?

We handle the payments from the buyers to make sure everything goes smoothly
We will transfer the funds to your PayPal account* on the 1st and 15th of each month

* Please note that our image policy only allows images on white, black, or gray backgrounds presenting acceptable clarity, perspective, and color. We take the right to remove any image we do not find acceptable.

** What if you don’t have a PayPal account?
We highly encourage you to do so or provide us with another form of ONLINE payment you are comfortable with. Our goal is to help you find a way to showcase and sell your pieces globally. If for any reason you are not able to open a PayPal account and don’t have access to other online payment platforms, we can accommodate you by sending you a check instead. Please keep in mind that checks will be mailed only once a month.

First you need to submit the ALANGOO Artist Application form to us. Upon getting approval as an ALANGOO Artist, we will open a seller account for you. After you sign-in to your account, you can upload photos of the pieces you want to sell. This process is very fast and easy. You can customize your shopping policies such as return policy and shipping costs for each item that you list. Getting paid is also very easy. We handle the payment for you. All you need to worry about it to ship the item(s) after the payment is cleared. Our billing team will transfer the funds to you on the1st and 15th of each month.
