2. I will send you a custom gift certificate in the attachment, which you can print right away and give it to the giftee, and the giftee will receive her/his physical gift in their mail at a later time.

Cancellation: Once the order is sent to production, we can no longer cancel your order. That typically takes a 2 to 24 hours from the time you place your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us a message as soon as possible to determine whether we can cancel It. We are not responsible for wrong address entered in order. Please double check the ordering address to ensure you receive your order. Returns / Exchanges: Since all orders are custom made, return or exchanges are not supported for orders that are wrong size, color, or simply not wanted. If you are unsatisfied with the print quality please take a picture of the product and print and send us a message explaining the problem and we will reach our to our print providers to address the issue.
