Delivery
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. International orders are sent by courier. In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for re-delivery.

Estimated delivery times
UK: 2 to 10 working days.
Rest of the world: 7 to 28 working days.

Delivery times
Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed, however we do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated time. We shall not be liable for delays or failures of delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Specific delivery times or days cannot be agreed at any time during the order process.

Cancellations returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the product/s. If the product has already been dispatched when you contact us to cancel, you will be advised to return them within 7 days of delivery at your own expense. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable.

Taxes
Customers outside of the UK are responsible for all local taxes, customs charges and import duties on their order and these are not included in the purchase price.
