Hi, my name is Atoosa, the designer of SARVLAND Arts. I was born and grew up in Tehran-Iran. After I got my PhD in Polymer-Chemistry, and working as a research scientist at the University of Oslo (Norway) for couple of years, I decided to pursue my childhood dream. Following my passion for art, I enrolled in the undergraduate Painting/Drawing program at California College of the Arts (CCA) in 2013. I graduated in May 2016 and now, painting and designing is one of the most delightful part of my everyday life. SARVLAND was born in the middle of 2018. SARVLAND is supposed to be a platform for every one who likes art and color, and enjoys to have it on in different and unique style. I use my painting, drawing and Persian calligraphy to create each piece. I take photo of a whole or part of my art works, and digitally edit and re-design them individually for every scarf piece, before sending for digital-print. Nature and the science behind it is the main source of my inspiration. I am drawn to shape and color. I use Farsi alphabets in my abstract paintings, as I like their curvature shapes and it is part of my identity. Some of the art works show Persian poetries in an abstract way.
