A deck of playing cards with the standard 52 cards and 2 jokers. The 12 face cards and the 2 jokers are exquisite original drawings created exclusively for this deck and inspired by historical records of the Achaemenid era of Persian history. Every face card was designed with a historical character in mind some of whom are Cyrus, Darius, Xerxes, Atossa, Esther, Prince Bardiya, and AryoBarzan. It was our intention to create art that is entertaining, inspirational, and historically representative. We hope that you enjoy using this deck as much as we have enjoyed creating it.
Cards are bridge size not poker size. Cards are made from a mixture of paper and plastic for better feel rather than pure plastic.
