All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We currently offer free shipping for all orders with estimated delivery of 5 to 7 business days. Additionally, we offer expedited shipping at cost with estimated delivery of 2-3 business days. The cost of expedited shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout.
We always do our best to process orders as fast as we can with the timelines mentioned above however in certain periods (close to holidays) we may experience an unexpectedly high volume of orders and you may experience some unexpected delays.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please note that all SALE items are final sale and non-refundable / exchangeable.

We have a 14-day return policy, after receiving your item, to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, without any scratch and damage, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All SALE items are final sale and non-refundable / exchangeable.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
