Ayesha Safa Jewelry unfolds traditional Islamic design while exploring universal geometric forms to create contemporary jewelry rooted in culture . Every hand-made piece of jewelry is born from an existing geometric grid found in Islamic art. Every piece is meticulously “drawn” with wire instead of pencil strokes, and complex motifs are born from stacking deceptively simple shapes to create jewelry that inspires confidence through history, heritage, and connection. Designer Ayesha Mohyuddin is inspired by the beauty and complexity of her own upbringing in a Bengali Muslim family in rural Tennessee.
