Atefeh Fallahpour was born in 1998 in Karaj and grew up there. When she was a child she looked to her mother’s art works and was interested to art.

When Atefeh was 19 years old she spent a short time in a kindergarten for photographing children then she taught drawing to kids for a while in an institution. She studied painting at arts and architecture of Islamic Azad University.

She started painting seriously in 2017 by herself. Her art works are abstract and usually deformed, out of the original form. She is interested to use watercolor, acrylic color, and gold leaf.

One of her inspirational artists was Alberto Burri in her artworks. Atefeh tries to move away from general concepts and everyday problems and keep her art works out of the direction of economics, politics and social problems.

She seeks more individual and specific expression, according to her inner self and tries to connect her inner thinking and ideas with exterior world .Inspired the art works of famous painters, she wants to achieve her ideas in a new way.
