Returns & Refund Policy

Please keep in mind that our pieces are made-to-order using custom-sizes, made to personal measurements, therefore we are unable to accept returns or take them back for any reason, including, but not limited to events/wedding cancellations, incorrect ordering, or sizing changes.

We understand that sometimes circumstances can change and a custom dress may no longer be needed for some unexpected reason, but please be sure to check that all your measurements are correct before completing your order and be sure that you are ordering no sooner than 4 weeks before your event.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Please consider that due to the nature of our custom-made dresses, we may require 1 to 3 weeks to produce each of our pieces.
After your order is ready, we will carefully ship it to your desired address. Shipping times may vary depending on shipping regions.

Express & International
All Express and International orders received during normal business hours; Monday to Friday, will be processed within 24 hours. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday after the dress is produced.

We aim to deliver all orders as soon as possible, but due to occasional courier delays, some deliveries may take 1-2 days longer.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.

In the case of any delay in or processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.
