Returns & exchanges
All pieces are handmade and made to order, therefore, I can only accommodate you with shop credit or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items need to be unworn and in the same condition they were received. All exchanges must be made within two weeks of receiving the piece. The shop credits are good for only ONE full year from the date of purchase.
Please contact me if your piece breaks due to wear. I'll be more than happy to help you with the repair. There might be a charge depending on the type of repair.
Shipping policies
Please allow 7- 10 business days from the date of order for delivery. Your piece/s will be shipped within 3-5 days after your payment is received via USPS Priority mail. It should arrive 2-3 business days later in the U.S. or in about 2 weeks if abroad.
