The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Your satisfaction is very important for us, so for your convenience we offer:
✔️ We accept cancellation of orders up to 12 hours after placing the order. 
If for some reason you need to cancel the order before it is sent to you, we will definitely make a full refund.
✔️ We can replace the goods in your order, if it was not already sent to you. You need to write out and indicate what kind of goods you would like to receive.
✔️ The goods are exchanged within 7 days from the date of your receipt of the goods.
If for some reason after the delivery of the goods you did not fit, then we can exchange it for another from our store. You need to contact us and specify the delivery address you can send your order. 
As soon as we receive the goods back, we will issue your order for an exchange.

If for some reason after the delivery of the goods you did not fit, then you can contact us and specify the address for sending the return of the goods.
