You have 14 days to tell us if you want to return unused item/s in the original packaging you purchased from Xoni, then you have another 14 days to send the product. (Buyer is responsible for return postage) after receiving the item we do a quick inspection to make sure it is unused and in its original packaging then we will refund the item price** to the original payment method within 14 days.

Our watches are made according to the high-quality standards of Xoni. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement and hands.
The warranty for a Xoni watch is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and only applies to the product which is registered within 14 days of purchase from our website or an authorised retailer*. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a charge. Xoni cannot accept any warranty claims that are not accompanied by proof of purchase we also check the warranty registration in our database and if it does not match our records we won't be able to accept the warranty claim. To claim a warranty, the customer is subject to the costs of shipping the product to and from Xoni.

- Order number (If your watch is a gift you will need to contact the person who purchased it for you to receive the proof of purchase)
- Pictures of the watch and the damage
- Receipt (If your watch was purchased from an authorised reseller* who you are unable to contact directly)
