The floral motif that adores Takht-e Jamshid (Persepolis) palace is a sacred Lotus flower with twelve petals. In Zoroastrianism, number twelve was the symbol of perfection. Each petal is dedicated to an angel (Yazata) that houses the twelve zodiac signs. Ancient cosmologists believed these angels (Farvardin, Ordibehesht, Khordad…) had a direct influence on human life and destiny.

I love my Haftseen dish. Would love to have one that's also a bit larger! :) Katayoun Baniriah | 18 Mar 2020

beautiful 7 seen dish, well made, and great color and design. I loved how well it was wrapped and packaged, so it would not get damaged during shipping. Thank you for providing an awesome piece and ontime shipment. I will enjoy this all year round. Paria Tavallai | 23 Feb 2020
