You may only return an item after 30 days of purchase and with all hang tags attached. To mail the product(s) back to us, please contact us at ContactUs@BaharReza.com for details on where and how to send your items. USPS takes about 15 business days to get your package back to us. We will email you a receipt confirming the return / exchange as soon as it is processed.
We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee unless we have made an error with your order.
Refunds will be issued on merchandise returned within 30 days of the initial purchase only.
Refunds are issued only in the original form of payment.
