About this piece

This is not your ordinary baklava. It is uniquely different from the standard baklava in stores and restaurants. I make the dough from scratch and roll it out very thin as opposed to using sheets of ready made phyllo dough. It is very yummy, not too sweet, with a hint of rose water and cardamom. 
 
It is baked to order with love.
